2011 Faye Wong Tour Chengdu Concert was held at Chengdu Sports Center from December 9 to 10, 2011. Trinity was responsible for the setting of a concert roof to create an extraordinary stage for Faye Wong. Heating system was installed, which conformed to humanism. It was to keep Faye Wong’s fans warm. Trinity spent six days setting up the roof. The whole project spent eleven days totally being completed. It was twice of that of other concerts. The roof brought a wonderful effect for the whole concert, and was the best of all concerts in Sichuan.
Roof’s anti-wind capability reached level 8. Each stand column balanced the weight of 1.7 tons. The main truss was made of high-strength aluminum alloy. Its total weight reached 120 tons. The beam of every 6m bears the load of 1700kg. (For the spin beam of the length within 40m) The tarpaulin was made of the double PVC fiber cloth. Its gram weight was 830g/m2. The material was fire-proof, water proof and sun-resistant. It conformed to German DIN10281.M2 Standard. The roof was black all day long. About every 6 m, there was a safety exit which was set for the audience’s entry and exit. It took us 4 days to dismantle the roof.
